California Budget Lobby Day

With $16 billion in budget cuts in the last three years, California needs real solutions, not more cuts -- otherwise, the things we all need for a good, middle-class life will be destroyed: our schools, healthcare, colleges, and a decent safety net for those who fall on hard times. Legislators need to hear that we can't afford deeper cuts. We need a budget with enough revenue to protect and rebuild the middle class.

Come meet and lobby the new legislators on December 2nd in Sacramento. The newly elected legislators will be sworn in on December 1st  and December 2nd is their first day in their new positions. We need to be there to lobby them and the other legislators to fight back the additional potential California Budget cuts and persuade them to focus on revenues.
